The fourth annual competition is organized by Shizim in co-operation with The Israel Export and International Co-operation Institute and the 23rd Conference of the Society for Medical Innovation and Technology (SMIT), and the following business sponsors:

Competition Stages:

1. Initial Participation Questionnaire: Fill-in a short (2 page) questionnaire, describing the company and the product. Filled-in questionnaires should be sent to the following address: yuval@shizim.com
   
   Deadline for submitting the questionnaire: June 15th 2011.
   
   
2. Additional Info submission: The top 15 applicants will be requested to send additional information (e.g. presentations or business plans, etc.). All projects will be ranked by the judging panel that is comprised of the competition business partners and sponsors.
   
   
3. Top Ten Presentation Day – September 5th 2011: The top 10 ranked companies will be invited to hold a 20 minutes presentation to the judging panel members on September 6, 2011.



4. Winner Announcement: The winners will be announced during SMIT conference in Tel-Aviv, between September 14-16, 2011 (the exact announcement date will be decided and published in the agenda of the SMIT conference).
